Loving this place and most important thing it’s a very secure place for girls. I will highly recommend to all to join 83 cedar international students residence.

This Association has proven to be the most unprofessional and unethical organization I have ever come across. They lack basic customer service skills and the ability to deal with residents professionally. No one is held accountable for their actions because the Association does not have a system in place that is fair to its residents and its community members in general. Karin who has been the main contact at the Association, is unfortunately very dishonest and treats residents with the utmost disrespect. This association lacks the ability to provide the basic services to its residents as the Board Members do not hold any of their staff accountable for their negligence. I do not recommend this community to anyone.

I am looking forward for this to open. I have soo many students who are looking for an affordable occomodation, where management is proving cleaning services and internet and its both private and also an environment where you can live with bunch of friends down the hall and don't forget a huge kitchen on every floor and party hall as well. This place is ideal for students and singles . Butt is amazing manager and occomodate ur needs .

Nice community to enjoy! When it comes to management and the board they are not the best, they think they can decide on whatever they want on behalf of the residents without asking for consent. As one of the residents who is currently enjoying the area, we deserved to be aware of any changes in a timely manner. Communication with the residents is a must. I believe management and board can do better to work with the community instead of for the community.

This is one of the worst kept buildings in Toronto. Very often there is no water or heat. The grounds are messy, the residents leave their dogs' poop in the grass right in front and back of the building. They pile their garbage in the chute room and basement/garage. Many units have roaches, mice, bed bugs, you name it. The balconies look like fire hazards. Owners are trying to get rid of their properties for under $60,000 but that's still way too much to live in a dump.

Nice place to stay. They have clean and spacious rooms.Staff are friendly and helpful. Students can afford easily. Good place to live in good budget.
